Ewa Fraczak runs Blossom Boutique - and she has just opened her new shop in Palmerston Road, taking over the former Preloved second-hand household furniture store.

Ewa spent a month renovating the unit with her partner.

They spent lockdown creating a romantic setting for the new florist, turning the Preloved shop into a creation that boasts beauty and elegance.

And now Ewa is delighted with the new look, which has captured the attention of shoppers.

She said: ‘We are totally in love with our beautiful new shop and will be forever grateful to all the people involved in this project.

‘The whole carpentry work inside and outside was done by the very talented Rabaund Carpentry and Renovation. With the amazing help of our friends, Blossom Boutique looks wonderful.

‘We hear everyday a lot of comments about the shop and the way we have transformed the look of the building. Thank you so much. It means a lot.’

Ewa, who grew up in Warsaw, Poland, describes floristry as her perfect art outlet.

She says she always had a keen interest in creation, and she studied art architecture, where she dreamt of touching as many lives as possible with colour and beauty.

Ewa, from Collingwood Road, Southsea, spent 14 years working as a florist before setting up her own business Blossom Boutique in Osborne Road in 2017.

Ewa said: ‘A huge thank you to Freya Rose who wanted to share this beautiful location with us. You will be able to see her fabulous shoes very soon.’
