For customers who have a holiday booked, they are being offered the option to move their break or cancel and request a full refund.

On its website, Butlin’s says: ‘We just ask you wait until at least 28 days prior to your arrival date before getting in touch.’

If you decide to move your break, you can pick a time later in 2020 or even push it back to 2021.

Butlin’s will also give customers a £50 resort voucher when you amend your booking.

The company will allow you to amend your booking any time in the next 12 months, if you pick to decide later.

You will be able to pick a date up to December 31, 2021.
