Utopia Desserts opened in a unit at Fareham Shopping Centre, in West Street, at the end of last year after getting a change of use on the unit, formerly occupied by Boots Opticians.
However, after months spent with most of the town closed, and the family business just able to do deliveries, the store held its official opening this week.

They say they are now looking forward to seeing more people as trade picks up following the lifting of lockdown restrictions on Monday, meaning non-essential shops can open.
While still not able to seat people inside, they are hoping that trade will pick up, with more people venturing into the town centre, meaning more customers that will be able to takeaway their desserts
Store manager Jimmy said: ‘We would like to thank the Fareham community for your warm welcoming.

Mike Taylor, centre manager of Fareham Shopping Centre, said: ‘Fareham Shopping Centre is delighted to announce the recent opening of new store Utopia Desserts, which has already proven to be a fantastic addition to the centre and has quickly developed a loyal customer base.
