Portsmouth's Cascades Shopping Centre reveals Christmas opening hours for 2020

Following the end of the second national lockdown, non-essential shops and business are allowed to open once again.

The three-tiered system has now returned, with Portsmouth currently in tier two – ‘high’ level.

Shops will be allowed to remain open in all three tiers, the government has said.

The Cascades Shopping Centre reopened today and it has revealed its opening hours for the rest of the month.

It will be open 7am – 8pm on Wednesday, December 2, 8am – 8pm on Thursday, December 3, 8am – 8pm on Friday, December 4, 8am – 8pm on Saturday, December 5 and 10am – 5pm on Sunday, December 6.

In the second week of the month, the shopping centre is open 8am – 8pm on Monday, December 7, 8am – 8pm on Tuesday, December 8, 8am – 8pm on Wednesday, December 9, 8am – 8pm on Thursday, December 10, 8am – 7pm on Friday, December 11, 8am – 7pm on Saturday, December 12 and 10am – 5pm on Sunday, December 13.

For the third week of December, Cascades is open 8am – 7pm on Monday, December 14, 8am – 7pm on Tuesday, December 15, 8am – 7pm on Wednesday, December 16, 8am – 8pm on Thursday, December 17, 8am – 6pm on Friday, December 18, 8am – 6pm on Saturday, December 19 and 10am – 5pm on Sunday, December 20.

During the Christmas week, the shopping centre is open 8am – 6pm on Monday, December 21, 8am – 8pm on Tuesday, December 22, 8am – 8pm on Wednesday, December 23, 8am – 4:30pm on Thursday, December 24, closed Christmas Day, 8am – 6pm on Saturday, December 26 and 10am – 5pm on Sunday, December 27.

Post-Christmas, the Cascades will be open 10am – 6pm on Monday, December 28, 10am – 6pm on Tuesday, December 29, 10am – 6pm on Wednesday, December 30, 8am – 4:30pm on Thursday, December 31 and 10am – 4:30pm on Friday, January 1, 2021.
