With high demand for the treatment, owner and laser therapist Hannah has taken the exciting step from renting a treatment room to opening her very own clinic in the heart of Southsea, with the addition of a second laser therapist also joining the team.

Hannah said: ‘I am so excited to be launching my new independent laser hair removal clinic in the heart of Southsea. It is something that I have dreamt about for a long time but I’d never thought that it would actually happen.

‘I started my business in February 2020 and rented a small room in a gym, I only had my laser machine and a beauty bed and hoped for the best.

Silk Laser Clinic uses a medical grade diode laser for hair removal that is suitable to treat all skin types.

It offers permanent hair removal using Crystal Freeze Technology, a new innovation to numb the area which makes the treatment more comfortable.

The new clinic has taken over the unit formerly occupied by Marilyn’s Floral Boutique, which closed in September after nine years.

It has undergone a full refurbishment and now offers a luxury environment for both female and male clients.

Laser hair removal is available with a range of affordable ‘pay as you go’ options, treatment packages and offers.

Hannah, who trained on Harley Street and has a VTCT Level 4 Award in Laser Therapy, said the clinic would remain closed under lockdown restrictions, however she celebrated the first anniversary with a virtual launch and she looks forward to welcoming clients soon.
