It has been operating for more than 60 years.
Store manager Chris Conway: ‘Fareham is a great location for us. Retail parks always do really well and we will be some good competition for the shops in this area.’
The supermarket joins the Matalan, Homebase, Asda, Lidl, B&M and others at the park.
Chris said he was confident the store would bring great value to the area.

She said: ‘It was very good, in fact it was brilliant. It was my first time in a Farmfoods and I was impressed. They had a great range. I got about £70 worth of shopping paid for, and stocked up on lots of jars and tins, it was a nice surprise. I will definitely be back.’
Chris said that he was delighted with the response so far from his customers.
Chris added: ‘It has been really positive so far. Lots of people have been asking when we are opening, it’s been really good. We are pleased to be here.’
