Cricket tournament inspires youngsters
A CRICKET association held a tournament to engage youngsters in the sport and contribute to the sports community.
The British Bangladeshi Cricket Players’ Association Hampshire held the event yesterday at Farlington Cricket Ground in Eastern Road.
A prize-giving ceremony and dinner was held afterwards at Cafe Tusk, in West Street, Fareham.
The event was attended by many distinguished guests including the mayor and mayoress of Fareham, deputy mayor of Fareham, the leaders of Portsmouth and Fareham councils.
