Deliveroo reveals the most ordered dishes in Portsmouth

The food delivery app launched in the city in 2016 and has since expanded the number of takeaways that it offers.

It now offers everything from American burgers and Piri Piri chicken to Chinese and Japanese cuisines.

Deliveroo have now revealed the five most popular dishes in Portsmouth:

- 1 – Cheeseburger from Five Guys

- 2 – Quesadilla from Taco Bell

- 3 – Prince Charles is Overrated from 7Bone Burger Co

- 4 – Boneless Banquet from KFC

- 5 – Chicken from Roosters Piri Piri

With Chinese New Year just around the corner, the takeaway app has also revealed that Portsmouth was one of the biggest eaters of Chinese food in the country last year.

According to Deliveroo, Portsmouth ordered the second most Chinese food per person compared to any other city in the UK in 2019 - just behind Aberdeen who was crowned Britain’s biggest Chinese orderers for the past 12 months.

The company’s ordering data for 2019 also revealed that the Chinese dish most likely to be ordered by residents is Chicken Balls.
