Denmead Care Home secures a perfect 10 score

It said the value of this should be understood in context, CHUK (care home .co. uk) reviews are only ever from residents and families, so they are as honest and widely sourced a ‘satisfaction snapshot’ as it is possible to achieve. CHUK gave this grading in December 2024 also and this was maintained until CHUK recalibrated across the whole UK in late 2025, with homes everywhere across the board ‘adjusting’ and losing points across the board.

The fact the Denmead Grange has recaptured their top score is testament to the very high levels of satisfaction amongst their families and residents and is a huge source of pride for the dedicated and happy team there. Whilst they will certainly never claim to be perfect but it is simply wonderful to know that top scores have been awarded across all categories including; Care / Support, Cleanliness, Treated with Dignity, Food and Drink, Activities and Management. Residents and their families also feel safe and secure.
