Employee Ownership Day marked at Petersfield firm
Insync Technology marked National Employee Ownership Day, which was launched by the Employee Ownership Association in 2013, by inviting dignitaries and students from The Petersfield School to have a look around its Petersfield base.
The company, which provides product design and manufacturing services to broadcast and related markets, has been employee-owned since 2013.

Hide AdBarry Flanaghan, the company’s founder, said: ‘It is a good model and it has worked for us. There have been no down sides so far and I hope we will continue to succeed.’
Damian Hinds, the Conservative MP for East Hampshire, said: ‘Insync ticks just about every box of the sort of company that this government wants to encourage. It is hi-tech and has great employee benefits, with a great export record and great further export potential.’
