Lead generation firm named as most inspirationalÂ

ONE of the most inspirational places to work in the UK has been named as a Portsmouth software sales firm '“ and it currently has 18 vacancies.Â

The Chartered Management Institute (CMI) named Lead Forensics, a lead-generation software company which has its head offices at Lakeside in North Harbour, Portsmouth, as 16th in its list of top 20 inspirational places to work in 2018. Top was management consultancy Bain & Company.

The CMI reviewed more than 700,000 UK businesses, gathered by extensive research from  review website Glassdoor, to compile the report. It gathered the scores and results from current and previous employees based upon their reviews of working at Lead Forensics, and took into account factors such as inspirational leadership, culture and '˜recommend-a-friend' ratings.

Lead Forensics, started in 2009, has grown with offices in Portsmouth, Bristol, Bournemouth, Scottsdale and Atlanta.

It currently employs more than 500 people '“ and is on the hunt for people to join its team. It needs an extra 11 people in Portsmouth and seven elsewhere.
