Marina gets accreditation
A MARINA operator has been awarded the Investors in People Silver accreditation.
Investors in People gives accreditation to organisations that demonstrate continuous development and which operate with a customer-centred focus.
Premier, which has eight sites including Southsea, Swanwick and Gosport, achieved Bronze accreditation in 2013. After a three-day review that included 26 staff members being interviewed, it was upgraded to silver.
Assessor Margaret Faulkner said: ‘This is a well-deserved achievement.’
Pete Bradshaw, CEO, said: ‘We have a talented team of people and we can be proud of this external recognition.’
