The service requires an internet-enabled PC with a webcam or a mobile device.

Candidates record a structured video interview reply to pre-set questions prepared by the recruiter.

Each candidate is then provided with the same time in which to answer these questions and the TalkingCV software allocates each video interview a unique URL, allowing for sharing of preferred candidates, publications and information.
