Portsmouth licensing panel to impose age rating on new dockyard documentary

A LICENSING committee is to decide what age rating should be imposed on a film to be screened in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.

Digital company Our Screen wants to show a documentary called This Changes Everything at the dockyard’s No6 Cinema on February 18.

The 89-minute film was filmed in nine countries and is about the challenges faced when tackling climate change. Directed by Avi Lewis, the film focuses on communities in Montana’s Powder River Basin to the Alberta Tar Sands and the coast of South India. Portsmouth City Council’s licensing panel will make a decision over its age classification meeting on Thursday.
