Printing companies merge

FAMILY-RUN printing firm Stanbury Chameleon has merged with Farleys Printers '“ creating a '˜super group' of printing companies.

Stanbury Press, in Gosport, was originally taken over in 2002 by two brothers, Robert and Patrick Crosley who grew the company, encouraged commerce and increased jobs.

It merged with 
Chameleon Print (formerly Fareham Repro) in 2009, taking on staff and machinery from the firm.

Currently known as Stanbury Chameleon, the printing firm has recently taken on a second merger with Fareham firm Farleys. Staff and machinery will again, be kept on and the trading name of Farleys will be kept alive, with its website and contact details remaining the same.

Robert Crosley, co-owner of Stanbury Chameleon Farleys, said: ‘We are a very community-focused company at Stanbury and are keen to expand the printing business.’
