PropertyÂ professionals hold networking dinner
PROPERTY and construction professionals from across the Solent region gathered for a quarterly networking dinner.Â
The Property and Construction Networking Dinner was held at the Watermark at Port Solent and saw scores of people who work in the industry attend.Â
AmyÂ Allan, marketing coordinator atÂ Omnia Environmental Consulting, a Fareham firm which organises the nights, said: '˜Our night went extremely well with a great turn out.Â
'˜Our event was at The Watermark '“ it was a great venue as we had a number of guestsÂ who have had a huge involvement with Portsmouth's growth and development.'Â
The dinner also raised Â£119 for the Portsmouth Hospitals Charity, Omnia's chosen charity for the year.
Amy added: '˜We couldn't be more proud and thankful to our guests for making such generous donations. It doesn't stop there, our next event will be in the autumn so hopefully we will see the sumÂ increase for an amazing charity and cause.'Â
Omnia's managing director, Lee McDonald, spoke to the guests about itsÂ involvement with developments in Portsmouth and hisÂ fundraising, which will see him climbÂ Mount Elbrus in Russia.Â
