The 33-year-old personal trainer, who also runs fitness classes across Portsmouth, said: ‘Watching people run was amazing. This is one of the best runs in the south. I’ll definitely be entering a big team again next year. It was good to get involved.’

Nathan Radcliffe, 32, from Southsea, was being spurred on by Bickram. They crossed the line together in 1hr 17mins. Nathan said: ‘It was my hardest run yet, but it was great.’
