Robison moves to new offices

Acting on behalf of a private investor, Holloway Iliffe and Mitchell sold the 3,000sq ft office at 6 Rotherbrook Court, Petersfield to Robison & Co.

Robison was established in 1982 and it specialises in insurance services.

Managing director Simon Gubbins said: ‘With many of our clients and staff based either in or close to Petersfield, relocating was an easy decision to take.

‘We are delighted that we are now very much part of the community in which we both live and work, even in just the few weeks we have been in Rotherbrook Court.’

Stuart Mitchell, who advised on the transaction for Holloway Iliffe and Mitchell, said: ‘Rotherbrook Court is proving popular for businesses looking for well-located premises and good transport links. We have seen a number of offices let there this year, including Handelsbanken that has taken a lease on the ground floor of number six.’
