Becketts restaurant and hotel in Southsea held a ‘doggy brunch’ attracting around 40 dachshunds who enjoyed a dog-friendly prosecco, beer and baked treats.

Their humans were also included in the day, as they enjoyed the restaurant’s standard brunch menu, as well as two-for-one cocktails and half price prosecco.

It was the first of many of the monthly themed brunch events, with each month focusing on a different breed.
