Traditional sweet shop takes over new premises
A NEW sweet shop is due to officially open its doors this weekend.
The shop, called Mr Chewsy, has taken over a former estate agents in Stoke Road, Gosport.
The traditional sweet business has been running for a number of years from several different premises in Gosport, but owner John McConnell said he is pleased to be back in his own dedicated premises.
He got the keys on Friday and has been setting up the shop this week.
There will be an official opening on Saturday at 9am.
