Virgin TV down for customers in Portsmouth


Residents in Portsmouth have been experiencing picture issues throughout the afternoon.
The issue first began to affect customers during the first half of England vs Ireland Six Nations match which kicked off at 3pm.

Hide AdCustomers have reported issues with pixilation affecting the picture on TVs.
Virgin say that they are working to fix the issue.
In a statement on Twitter, the company wrote: ‘We know some customers in the areas of Basildon, Croydon, Coshamn, Poole and Southampton are experiencing broadcast TV issues such as pixilation.
‘We understand your frustration and we’re sorry.
‘Our teams are working to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
‘This isn’t affecting broadband services so online TV and streaming services will still work but we hope to have everything back up and running soon.'
The issue comes ahead of the Love Island final which will air on ITV2 at 9pm.
