Voice technology sparks IT firm's product launch
AN IT firm that specialises in load balancing '“ distributing incoming network traffic across a group of backend servers '“ has taken on voice technology.
Loadbalancer.org, based at North Harbour Business Park in Portsmouth, has launched its new voice-activated load balancer - Enterprise VAL – this month.
New features include full integration with the Amazon Alexa API and customizable voice profiling.
Malcolm Turnbull, founder, said: ‘The technology has come a long way in recent months and we’re delighted to be able to integrate this into our load balancers.’
