Visitors can experience Dive the Mary Rose 4D at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard when the awe-inspiring immersive experience is launched on March 31, just in time for the school holidays.

Notably the favourite ship of Tudor king Henry VIII, this breathtaking experience sheds light on the story of the vessel’s raising from the bottom of the Solent back in 1982. This was the result of thousands of hours of work by a huge team of divers, archaeologists and scientists, breaking new ground in underwater archaeological techniques.

Now visitors can see, smell, hear and feel just what it was like to be one of those divers in this new state-of-the-art, multi-sensory 4D theatre based in the Mary Rose Museum.
