Advice for sufferers '¨at health'¨conference

It is recognised that living with either condition is not easy and carrying out simple, everyday tasks can be painful and difficult.

The session will put sufferers on the path to managing their conditions.

Throughout the day, visitors will listen to presentations and discussions with healthcare professionals, find out about important up-to-date research-based care and treatments, and take an active role in understanding the conditions and their treatment options.

Arthritis and connective tissue diseases affect people of all ages and from all walks of life.

But, there are many things that can be done to 
ensure that individuals live healthy lives.
