Cancer charity poker game fundraiser
A POKER tournament is set to raise £1,000 for a cancer charity.
The event, organised by Paul Goater, will be hosted at the Star & Garter pub in Copnor Road, Portsmouth.
Paul said: ‘All of us know someone who has been affected by cancer.
‘We’re hoping to raise over £1,000.’
Cash raised will got to Macmillan Cancer Support.
A £5 buy-in is required to play, with a guaranteed £100 prize pot.
The tournament starts at 1pm and ends at 7pm on October 23. All welcome.
