Portsmouth youngster Haji Mnoga provides update on his wellbeing after positive testing for coronavirus

Pompey youngster Haji Mnoga has reassured fans he and his family ‘are all well’ after his positive testing for coronavirus.

The teenager is one of four Blues players to have covid-19, joining James Bolton, Sean Raggett and Andy Cannon in self-isolating themselves as per government guidelines.

Raggett and Cannon both took to Twitter to thank fans for their messages of support and to give updated on their conditions.

And Mnoga has done the same amid concerns from family, friends and the supporters.

The 17-year-old said: ‘Thank you everyone for your messages. Me and my family are all well and are following the correct protocol. Hope everyone stays safe.’

Meanwhile, Pompey director Eric Eisner has also been on Twitter to show his support.

He said his ‘thoughts go out to everyone in the Portsmouth community at this difficult time’, before adding: ‘We are all in this together #pup’.
