When will lockdown end in Portsmouth? Live updates as Boris Johnson to announce 'roadmap' out of lockdown

Boris Johnson will layout his plans in a statement to the House of Commons at around 3.30pm, followed by a press conference this evening.

He is expect to announced that all schools will reopen on March 8 – two weeks from now.

The Prime Minister is also expected to announce when restrictions will ease for non-essential shops, pubs and restaurants.

Mr Johnson announced the third national lockdown on January 4.
