Adam Haycox, business manager in the Medicine and Urgent Care division said: ‘I’ve been at the Trust for 15 months and I’ve been inspired by the hard work all the multi-disciplinary teams across the organisation put in to improving patient care, which is ultimately what we’re here for.
‘I’m very proud of our CQC rating. It will hopefully support staff morale, showing the hard work has paid off, and that we are working collectively as an organisation to improve patient outcomes.’
Lois Howell, director of governance and risk, added: ‘It’s fantastic to see our development and improvement recognised. We have done so much over the last three years.’
