From Fat To Fit: Reporter's six-week challenge with Village Gym
I’m pleased to report that I’ve seen some big improvements this week.
With the help of my personal trainer, my workouts have become much more intense - I’m deadlifting 50kg and really feeling the improvements in my strength.
I’m also incorporating more veg into my diet, squeezing it into almost every meal.
My weight loss has been fairly decent, but it is the fat loss that has been the most noticeable.
I’ve lost four inches around the waist and, having been to see some family this week, people seem to have noticed it - which really does feel amazing.
There’s plenty more to do though, so I can’t slow down now!
