Love your bones event will provide information

AN EVENT is being held to promote healthy bones.

The Portsmouth and South East Hampshire Osteoporosis Support Group is holding the Love Your Bones event.

Themes at the Havant event include lifestyle advice, information on osteoporosis and falls.

It has been organised to give participants the opportunity to learn more about bone health.

The meeting will also be a chance to meet others who are in similar health situations.

It is being held from 9.45am until 4.30pm on Wednesday, October 26 at the Portsdown Community Church, in the Meridian Centre, Havant.
