Staff and volunteers at Portsdown Group Practice in Portsmouth get an egg-stra special treat after dishing out thousands of Covid jabs

VOLUNTEERS and employees at a medical practice that has been dishing out thousands of Covid vaccinations got an egg-stra treat last weekend.

As a token of appreciation for their hard work during the Covid clinics, which have seen more than 27,000 jabs administered so far, the partners at Portsdown Group Practice arranged for every employee and all regular volunteers across all six sites to receive an Easter egg – personally delivered by the ‘Easter Bunny’.

Health care assistant Rachel Smith, who lives in Copnor, and volunteer Harry Kyd, who lives in Portsmouth, said they were delighted to receive their eggs from the Easter Bunny, at the Kingston Crescent Surgery in North End.
