Look no further! Horizon Leisure warmly invites you to their newly opened Wellbeing Drop-in Centre, conveniently located on the ground floor of the Meridian Shopping Centre, next to Boswell's Café and Holland & Barrett.

  • health interventions, such as weight management programmes
  • an exercise orientation programme, which has been designed as a supportive route into physical activity
  • small group exercise classes

The hub is an informal, welcoming and relaxed safe space to access exercise and advice, staffed by Horizon Leisure’s team of professionals.
