Traffic lights out after power failure near QA Hospital
A set of traffic lights near the QA Hospital are out of action this morning because of a power failure.
The lights, at the junction of Southampton Road to Pasteur Road, have been out since this morning.
A Portsmouth City Council spokesman said engineers were on site trying to fix the problem.
