Where and when you can give blood

HERE are the latest sessions where you can help save lives by becoming a blood donor.

The sessions are run by NHS Blood and Transplant, which always welcome new, and current donors.

Here are the latest sessions:

- Wednesday, September 24, Hayling Island Community Centre, Station Road, from 1.30pm to 3.25pm, and 4.30pm to 7.30pm.

- Friday, September 26, Fratton Park, Victory Bar, Portsmouth, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, and 4.30pm to 7.30pm.
