Rarely-seen photos show how the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth took shape 15 years ago

The Spinnaker Tower is celebrating its 15th birthday this year.

We have had a dig through the archive to find some rarely-seen photos of the tower being constructed in Gunwharf Quays. Yesterday we shared photos of how Cascades Shopping Centre has changed over the years.
