With deposits and mortgages to worry about as well as other costs, it is easy to think moving away from renting can be unaffordable.
Luckily though property website Zoopla has pulled together a list of the streets within Portsmouth which have the cheapest average property price.
This is based on the ‘Zoopla estimate’ – the average property value in a given area based on current Zoopla estimates.
In Portsmouth there are 15 roads which have an average estimate of under £100,000, so they may be useful if you’re looking for a new home that will not completely break the bank.
