This Hampshire town may have lost its ‘Best Place to Live’ status – but we still love it.
Every year, online lifestyle magazine Muddy Stilettos publishes its list of the ‘Best Places to Live’ across the country, celebrating some of the UK's most beloved towns, villages and cities.
For the past few years, Emsworth has featured on the list, with its historic charm and picturesque waterside setting helping it stand out.
But this year, things are a little different.
The Hampshire town has missed out on a place in the latest guide, which was published last month, meaning it no longer holds its ‘Best Place to Live’ status.
However, that certainly hasn't changed how much we love this quaint coastal town.
From its beautiful harbour to its independent shops and welcoming community, there are plenty of reasons why Emsworth remains a special place.
Here are eight reasons why we love Emsworth:

1. Emsworth High Street

2. Blooms Cafe, Emsworth
Blooms Cafe is a quirky floral-themed cafe that is a brilliant spot located within The Emsworth B&B. Known for its afternoon tea and tasty treats, the cafe also has a 12 foot bus outside that is perfect for perfectly floral events. 4. Emsworth Community
Emsworth has a strong feel of community. The book swap scheme is a prime example of the community spirit. It was supported by the community from the start to finish with everyone donating to buy the new telephone box which will protect books from the elements in the future. | Sophie Lewis
