After being established in 1908, St John’ College was a key part of the city up until the summer of 2022 when it closed its doors after 114 years due to a significant decline in student numbers.
The project, which is converting a number of the existing buildings, will consist of 49 one-bed flats, 138 two-bed, 24 three bed and one four bed, as well as a total of 105 parking spaces, 375 cycle parking spaces and 38 short-stay cycle spaces.
