Vehicle breakdown causes delays on M27
A BROKEN down vehicle on the M27 heading towards Portsmouth has caused delays this lunchtime.
The incident happened eastbound between junction 5 at the Stoneham interchange and J7 at Hedge End just after midday.
The motorway has now been cleared, according to Hampshire County Council’s live twitter feed Romanse.
