Chinese delegation
When I visited the wardroom of HMS Nelson in Queen Street, Portsmouth, recently I was allowed to photograph the guest book.
Most of the signatures were from Royal Navy officers plus a few well-known naval and military personalities.
In September 1944 there appears to have been a Chinese army delegation visiting and here we see their names. General Yang Cheih and Colonel Hoo are two that stand out.
