7 Gosport men named as being charged with conspiring to supply heroin and crack cocaine

Detectives have charged seven men in Gosport with being involved in supplying crack cocaine and heroin.

Hampshire police's serious and organised crime unit accuse the men of running a drugs ring between September 1, 2018 and May 1 last year.

On Friday the following men were charged:

• Jack Zachary Darvill, 21, of Central Road in Fareham, charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply a class A drug.

• Rayhaan Hoque, 37, of Woolmore Street, Tower Hamlets, London, charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply a class A drug.

• John Edward Parham, 32, of The Crossways in Gosport, charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply a class A drug.

• Luke Alan Goldsmith, 27, of Rambler Drive, Gosport, charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply a class A drug, and one count of perverting the course of justice.

• Jacob James, 25, of Briar Close, Gosport, charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply a class A drug.

• Lance Burt, 21, of Bury Hall Lane in Gosport, charged with two counts of conspiracy to supply a class A drug.

• Liam Whitnell, 36, of no fixed address, summonsed to court to face two charges of conspiracy to supply a class A drug.

They are due at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on March 26.
