Arrests after vehicle theft
TWO people have been arrested at the scene of a van theft.
Hampshire police says that two males were arrested in Mayfield Road , Portsmouth at around 4am on January 10.
According to the police, there have been a number of attempted van thefts in the city in the past two weeks.
