Arrests over Fratton assault
TWO people have been arrested after a man suffered minor injuries.
Hampshire police said a 30-year-old man sustained minor injuries in an assault yesterday at 5.41pm in St Mary’s Road, Fratton.
Police were seen today in the street, near the corner of Shakespeare Road.
A police spokesman said: ‘A 35-year-old woman from Portsmouth and a 33-year-old woman from Fratton have been arrested in connection with the incident.
‘They remain in custody at this time.’
