Assault in Fareham Slug and Lettuce sparks police CCTV appeal

A MAN was assaulted at a popular nightlife venue in Fareham.

The victim was attacked at the Slug and Lettuce in West Street at around 1am on Saturday, February 8.

Police have now released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the assault.

Fareham Police tweeted: ‘Do you recognise this man?

‘We would like to speak to him as part of our enquiries into an assault on a man at Slug and Lettuce in #Fareham. It took place around 1.10am on Sunday 8 March.
