Cash and drugs seized in Paulsgrove police raids as 2 people are arrested

TWO people were arrested in a drugs raid that saw officers seize class A substances and cash.

Today police confirmed the operation yesterday morning in Winchcombe Road, Paulsgrove, was a ‘planned warrant’ worked on by Portsmouth detectives, neighbourhood teams and response officers.

A 25-year-old man from Paulsgrove was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs, Hampshire police said.

A police spokesperson said: ‘This is an investigation in response to information provided by members of the local community.
