Concern over missing man
CONCERNS have been raised over the health of a missing man who discharged himself from hospital after suffering a stroke.
Tyler Moorehouse, 48, who says he is from Portsmouth, checked into St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester where he stayed for a week before discharging himself from the hospital last Tuesday.
Sussex Police fear that Mr Moorehouse may have suffered a stroke before discharging himself.Witnesses can call police on 101.
