Convict with links to Waterlooville absconds from Derbyshire prison HMPS Sudbury
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Trevor Sherrington, 59, who has links to the Waterlooville area, failed to return from a period of day release at HMP Sudbury on Tuesday, October 1. Police are now asking for the public to get in contact with them if they have any information on his whereabouts.
A Derbyshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “We’re appealing for information after a convict failed to return to HMP Sudbury after a period of day release. The 59-year-old was serving a sentence of five years and four months for GBH and was convicted at Birmingham Crown Court.

Hide Ad“Sherrington is white, around 5ft 6ins tall, of slim build, with closely cropped brown hair and blue eyes. He has two tear drop tattoos under his right eye.
“He has links to Birmingham, Staffordshire, Sheffield and Hampshire. Anyone with information should contact us with reference 978 of 1 October.”
