'Dangerous' Gosport Mercedes is seized by police officers in Dorset

A Dorset Police patrol on Wednesday, May 6 came across a Mercedes-Benz with no insurance, no tax and no MOT.
The vehicle was registered to a Gosport man who leant it to his girlfriend, the force said.

Hide AdIt was found using automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) in Parkstone Road, Poole – and since been recovered and taken off the roads.
Posting on social media about the incident, Dorset Police said: ‘The driver does have fully comprehensive insurance to drive other cars on her own vehicle.
‘But for this to work the other car must have it's own insurance policy. This one didn't.
‘The front window has big cracks in it and the MOT was well out of date.
‘Another dangerous car off the roads.’
