Drink-driver fined £700
DRINK-DRIVER Daniel Matthews was fined £700 and banned for 17 months.
The 34-year-old, of Centurion Gate, Eastney, admitted the charge on November 11.
He had 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35.
He must pay £135 in costs.
