Drink-driver fined £330
DRINK-DRIVER James Hughes was fined £330 with a 20-month ban.
The 33-year-old, of Greater Horeshoe Way, Knowle, admitted the charge in Newgate Lane, Fareham, on July 1.
A test revealed he had 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35Â microgrammes.
At Portsmouth Magistrates' Court Hughes was ordered to pay a £33 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution.
